Accounts Receivable Representative

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- Good communication skills - Should be able to fluently communicate in English with USA medical insurance company representatives and USA patients.
- Excellent Analytical skills – Should be able to review outstanding accounts and identify the reasons for denials or no response from the payers and take immediate action to resolve the issue.
- Team player – Should be a team player to work in coordination with other team members and supervisors.
- Productivity – Should be able to deliver dedicatedly to achieve the targets in terms of number of accounts and dollar value.
- Cash through AR efforts – Should be able to deliver additional collections for providers by resolving denials and no pay no response claims.
- Quality – Should be able to achieve a minimum quality standard of 98% accuracy.
- Learning – One should have willingness to learn the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Compliance – Should comply with all the US Healthcare rules and regulations and compliant at all times.
- SOP – Should follow the Standard Operating Procedure laid down for the process.
- Flexibility - should be willing to work in Night shift as per process requirements.

- Good Typewriting skills - Should be able to capture information received from the allotted files and update the same accurately in the Enterprise Practice Management Software to submit claims to USA medical insurance company representatives Excellent Analytical skills – Should be able to review all charges/ accounts and take appropriate action.
